It has been long kown, that several species can travel across the hole Galaxy, just to catch such elusive prey as the rancor, or the mighty krayt dragon. No one knows these hunters, because their will for the hunt eventually kills the hunters themselves. A bad move, or a bad aimed shot is enough to lose a head. Or to suffer a worse fate. Yet the hunters keep coming from every corner of the Galaxy. And it will remain so. Only the "hunted" change from time to time. The animals (or in some very rare times even plants, or fungi) can die out, or they are already so rare, that they stay hidden form even the most modern sensors, and gadgets. Sometimes it's not the prey, but the enviroment, that kills the unlucky hunters. And sometimes the most valuable animals stay completely unknown for centuries. The Hadrian mining company sent out many teams of geologists to discover new resources for the company. So the teams went out to many starsystems full with equipments. None of the teams discovered anything worthy of notice, and that meant a very heavy loss for Hadrian co. All of the teams returned, except for team 16. The team went to Anoat sector. They should have examined a system called AN-0597, in the Ivax nebula of the Anoat sector. The AN-0597 is a volcanic planet and completely uncolonized. No known native species dwell the planet. That's what the first probes indicated The survey team has landed, that's for sure. They sent a holo-message after their arrival, and than they lost connection with the team. 2 weeks have passed, but nobody knew, what happened. After 2 weeks of silence, another team was sent out. But this time the new team consisted of mercanaries, instead of the geologists. The mercanaries needed protective suits to investigate the planet, beacause the recent wether changes. The planet's air was now full with volcanic ash and sulfurus gases. The merc's didn't found the geologist's camp, because a new lava pool has emerged, where the original camp was. After hours of searching, they have found the only survivors of the team: 3 sullustans. The scientists hid in a nearby cave. They could only survive because the AN-0597 had much similarities with their home planet, Sullust. Two of them were already in coma, the third scientist could barely speak. All were suffering from dehydration and toxication. The two sullustans died after 2 months of suffering, they didn't even woke up. Unfortunately the third one has gone mad. He spoke of a giant worm-like thing that killed everyone. He always muttered about a thing, that was swimming in the searing lava, like a fish in the water and it was big as a small corvette. Of course no one belevied that. That is until the inspection of documentaries, that the team made. The planet has a very rich shell full of precious metals and even some nova deposits. Hadrian co. eventually determined, that the planet was worthy enough to begin the mining processes on the planet. But the one thing that bothered the company was one holodisk containing scenes 3 sullustans made on the planet. The first scenes recorded teams arrival, and the establishment of their camp. Everything looked perfect. Suddenly, on the next scene the picture was shaking. The sullustans were running for cover. After they found shelter they filmed on. At the center of the camp a giant thing has emerged from below the surface. It's body was first covered with pieces of magma and rubble, that fell down, after the creature has popped out from the surface. It had a serpent-like body, black scales, and a dragon-like head. It's body was at least 7 meters thick, and looked like it had armour-like plating, it's body streched 20 meters up from the earth. After the creature has emergerged from the earth, it opened it's sail like appendices on the back of it's head and roared triumphantly. It's eyes were glowing so brightly as the liquid stone in the center of the planet. The earth, the camera and the body of the survivors was shaking from the sound of the wyrm, and from horror. The creature than turned it's head towards the scientists, who were still lying numbed on the floor of the camp. The wyrm opened it's enormous mouth, and started spraying some kind of a gas, that immedatly catched fire, after it left the wyrms mouth. The echoing screams of the people soon were owerwhelmed by the hurtling sound of the fires. The sullustans immediatly has left the place seeking some kind of a shelter. The recording contains a short clip, where the wyrm demolishes the camp. The creature actually moved as easy in the earth, as a fish did. After 50 minutes of swimming, the creature turned the camp into a gigantic pool of lava. The remaining film contains the last wishes and thoughts of the sullustans. Only one picture of the recording was ever released. The only picture known only to those, who risked the hunt for the lava-wyrm. After 2 weeks of considering, Hadrian co. made an ad on the holonet, seeking professional hunters and personnel: ***ATTETION!*** Professional hunters and biologists needed for special assignment. High payment guaranteed. Knowledge of volcanic enviroments preferred. Registration, and additional information at: Hadrian mining company, Gerrenthum, Anoat sector//Jelentkezni nálam lehet PM-ben. A kaland november elsõ hete környékén fog indulni. Figyelem, a kaland nagyon éles és a kaland végén lehetséges jutalmakat valódi jutalmakat is begyûjteni. Persze azoknak, akik ezt megélik //

Vasius Khan:
You have just arrived at the Spaceport of Gerrethum. The trip was boring, and you feel a little numb after your journey. The planet was like any ecumenopolis, but it was somehow more alive. Gerrethum was the planet of spacers. Everything was always in motion, the planet never slept a second. Everything was fully automated, it was like a gigantic machinery, where the people and their ships acted like the cogs of the machines.
Tha Hadrian mining company can be found on the lower, more hidden levels of the city-planet, but thanks to the developed navigational - systems, that helps the spacers, to dock their ships, and their cargo - Everyone can easily acces any point of the planet by public transports. After 20 minutes, you reach the company's headquarters. It is a 20 story building, with the company logo over the entrance.
As you enter the building, you notice a droid waiting at the main hall. The droid immediatly approches you, and greets you in a decent manner:
-Welcome to the Hadrian mining Company, the most advanced mining concern beyond the greater Javin region. May I help you sir?

This world was distant from the heart of Vasius Khan. He preferred open spaces, with wildlife! Where he could shoot in any direction and dozens of animals would run in fear. Still, he lived on Nar Shaddaa, and he slowly got used to the machine worlds. Soon, he was at the center of the Hadrian company.
- Welcome to the Hadrian mining Company, the most advanced mining concern beyond the greater Javin region. May I help you sir?
A droid asked from Vasius.
~ More machines...great.
- Yes. I have seen an advertisement of the company, and I am here for more information. It was for professional hunters - he added quickly.

The ship called Al'verde (Mando'a for 'commander') emerged from hyperspace like an arrow flying in the air. Below, the eternal lights of the giant ecumenopolis, Gerrenthum blazed. The idea of covering a whole planet, leaving no green areas (or relatively little in dimensions) was distasteful for the only only passenger of the ship... but it was no wonder.
Mandalorians live half their lives in a nomadic lifestyle - the causes of which are more strategic than cultural - and the pilot, like many of his brothers, didn't like planets crowded as this one. Yes, he has been to Nar Shadda, he lived there for a while, and before the Clone Wars, he has even visited Coruscant... but they were nothing like the endless, grassy plains of moon Ordo. Where one could walk uninterrupted for days, where one didn't have to fear snipers and assassins, where the only company are the beasts of wilderness...
Beskar'ad Ordo chased his thoughts away and started to beam his ships transponder codes. The confirmation arrived in minutes.
The ship started to subside, into the smog-filled atmosphere of Gerrenthum. The coordinates he got to follow were those of the central spaceport. Hopefully, Hadrian HQ will not be so far away.
Ten minutes later, the Al'verde released his landing claws, and touched down in dock BB-A-127-1. The Mandalorian double-checked the status of his armor and his heavy repeating blaster, then he carefully locked the ramp, and set off to find the company building.

Vasius:
The droid nodded and pointed to an elevator.
- Well, sir you should go to the thirteenth floor, in room 1305, you can register for the company's current job listings. Have a nice day.
After you arriwed on the 13th floor, you could easily find room 1305. Behind the door, you find a tidy little office, and a very distressed, elderly bald man behind the desk. His stubbly and pale skin tells you, that he hasn't resting for a long time. He looks up to you, and greets you:
- Ho, boy... Who are you? Let me guess... you're a hunter too, right?
The man stands up from his chair with a painful moan, goes to a locker near the wall and gets some papers. He closes the locker and hands the papers to you.
-Welcome to Hadrian. What's your name?
Beskar'ad:
After you leave the ramp you approach exit of the dock, but one of the two guards runs after you. The man is in his mid 30's. He finally reches you, befor you could go near the exit of the dock:
-Sir! Sir! - After you turn around the guard suddenly sees the blaster in your hand and the armor on your body. Suddenly the blood runs out the head of the man, and he cranes before you. - Um... er... you... I... I... yo-you can't enter the city with a weapon like that sir, I'm sorry. - He had a little hold out blaster his side, but he was so scared at the look of the mandalorian, that he couldn't remember his own name, if someone asked him. - By-by the way, the docking fee i-is 50 credits per day. You- can pay at the cashier a-at the main building outside the dock.
Outside the landing bay, you can find a proper information terminal, with the detailed map of the whole planet, and it's public transportation system.

- I reckon so - Vasius replied looking at the man.
Khan was a hunter, and a fighter, but he has seen a lot of people in his life, so he could tell the types apart. This person appeared to have had a lot of memories.
- My name is Vasius Khan. Um, could you tell me the details please before loading me up into the cargohold? - he inquired
Vasius would have liked to know, what the job was, before accepting it. He had a feeling, that he won't learn the whole truth, but he wanted at least some fragments of it.

A sudden voice made the Mandalorian stop in his tracks. The speaker was one of the security guards working here at the starport. Ordo turned towards him, and stared silently, enjoying the fear his appearance raised in the man. The guard, however, couldn't see how much Beskar'ad was having fun, since the closed helmet covered the wide, scornful smile on his lips.
The blackness of the horizontal part of the visor rested on the security guard for almost a minute, and the silence was so deep it almost hurt the ear. The the Mandalorian raised his hand with the huge weapon in it... and put the gun across his shoulder. 'Thanks for the warning, pal,' he said laughing, and set off back towards his ship. He opened the ramp, left the repeater in the cockpit, then closed the ramp again.
As he was walking away - now, the second time - he threw a chip of ten credits towards the security guard that stopped him a few minutes back. He earned it.
After he paid the docking fee, he looked for a terminal from which he could learn how to get to Hadrian Co.

Vasius:
-Well... we've been having a pest problem lately, and it's getting out of hand. But I think you could figured it out by yourself.
The man stepped to his desk, opened one of the drawers and started searching.
-Let's see... AN... AN-0597. Here we go. - He pulled a little holodisk from a drawer. He inserted the disk into a projector, and turned it on. The blue-ish picture of a planet appeared above the projector. - This is AN-0597. It's a few hundred lightyears away from here. It was discovered by Ecclesis Figg, when the famous explorer travelled this region. Since then, nobody did ever made interest in this planet, or it's system. Hadrian co. sent out some geologists a few months ago, and found, that AN-0597 is full of precious metals, that the company could sell to shipwrights, so it became really important.
The man pushed a button on the projector and the planet was cut in half, revealing it's core. Some parts of the planet's outer crusts lit up, and began blinking.
-These are the new ore deposits we've discovered. - the man continued - The planet itself is very unfriendly. Magma flows everywhere, constant ashfall, toxic fumes throughout the whole surface. - At this point a blinking sign appeared written with aurabesh fonts, saying: Type IV atmosphere - You couldn't survive there without enviro-suits. There's a brown dwarf near the systems primary star, and the brown dwarfs gravitation causes a constant friction in the planets core, keeping it molten, all the time. The planet is very far away from it's star, but the friction provides e a constant heat, so the planet won't cool down.
He pushed a button again, and the picture changed into a map of a continent. A small circle appeared, and sign near it: "Survey site I."
-This is where the geologist made their reseaches. We lost one probe droid before we landed. The planet has only a membrane like solid surface, sometimes only a few meters thick. So, for the first time we thought we lost the probe, because it landed on a thick spot. But after the survey teams... - his voice changes while he says the term - unfortunate incident, we aren't so sure about it.
After we lost the probe, we sent a survey team to perform the droid's task. The droid's first signals were very promising, we knew it was worth the money, so the company sent out the geologists. The droids last transmissions indicated, that there were no native lifeforms on the planet. Well... we beleived these reports, and that's point where our problems began.
He pushed a putton again, and he gave a painful sigh.
-This is a recording made by the survey team. Watch carefully. - He pushed the putton again, and a the projector started playing. It showed the whole destruction of the camp [see first post in the topic]. The man paused at a point, where you could see a blurred image of the wyrm. - this is our "little" pest. Cute isn't it? It devoured the whole camp. But we have no idea why. Perhaps these are territorial beings. It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters: that we have to get rid of these things fast. That is why we need professional hunters, like you.
We can't begin mining operations until these things run havoc in our camps. We need to eliminate as many as we can. I assure you, Hadrian pays good money for every head you bring us. It's only a temporary solution until we find out the real solution. - His voice changed again - And we would appreciate a good solution too.
The man stopped here, waiting for you, to reply.
Beskar'ad:
The guard was getting more nervous every second as Ordo stared at him. He started sweating, and his heart was pounding in his throat. He didn't know what to expect from the mandalorian, and he definately regretted his last words. But nothing happened. Ordo brought his "little" friend back aboard his ship. He even gave the guy some creds for his "bravery". After Ordo gave him the money, the guy seemed relieved, that he got rid of the mandalorian. Ordo sure scared the sh*t out of him. He didn't got used to walking arsenals on two feet, like Ordo, since this was the guards first month in this job.
The terminal was hard to oversee, it was right across the hangar bays entrance. The terminal was really easy to use. It gave information about the location of every warehouse, authority, company, across the the ecumenopolis. After you searched for Hadrian company, the terminal showed the company's exact location, the fastest way thrugh public transportation, and time you have until the next gravi-train arrives at the nearest station.

The Mandalorian found a terminal right after he left the dock. It was easy to use, even though Beskar'ad could have used some practice in Aurabesh characters. After a few minutes of trying, he finally managed to find a list of all the companies in the ecumenopolis. The list was a long one, so the warrior ran an advanced search. After another minute, he had the exact adress of the company blazing in front of him.
He took a few seconds to memorize the adress, then scrolled down for additional information. A chart was showing the timtable of the public transport vessels, by which he could get to Hadrian Co. However, Beskar'ad knew that if he took any of those, he would attire unwante attention; or even raised some panic. It was rare, but it had already occured.
He left the building and waved for a taxi to stop.

-Pest problem eh? - he asked with a touch of sarcasm in his voice
Vasius knew that this could turn out into his greatest hunt, so there was no question whether he would accept the job or not.
- I will need equipment. If that thing can survive that temperature than it must have a very resistent skin. The best bet would be a lot of thermal detonators. I hope you have some kind of trading agreement with at least one weapon manufactorer. And of course these beasts require an army to kill them. Of course I take the job.

Ordo:
It didn't take long until a taxi noticed Ordo. The little vechicle rushed out of the main traffic and stopped quickly near the mandalorian. The back door opened up, welcoming the new customer. The driver closed the door, after Ordo got in. He put his right elbow on his seat, and turned towards the mandalorian. He examined the beaskar'ad, but he didn't looked surprised, nor scared. He asked Ordo with a cool voice:
- Where to, bub?
Vasius:
- Well, since Hadrian signed a long-term contract with SoroSuub for mining equipment, we can order some weapons, for the half of the market price. But in return you have to take out an insurace policy for the case you might suffer on that rock. It's only a formal thing, but it's necessary. - he added quickly - After you sign the contract, you can order any equipment under the SoroSuub logo for 10 000 credits. That includes navigational systems, enviromental suits, weapons, and any other things you might need. Of course anything you order is in property of Hadrian, and any damage to the equipment must be compensated thereafter. You can also bring anything you have, those weapons you bring exclude the contract, nobody is going to mention them to anyone, if you know what I mean. - said the man with a grin on his face.
He walked back to his drawer and searched for the formular. He pulled a datapad out, and gave it to you.
- After you're filled in your form, you should sign here, here, and here.

//Sorry, I think you meant beskar'gam // After a few minutes of waving around, a taxi stopped, and Ordo finally got his ride. The driver was seemingly not afraid of him and the Mandalorian liked that. He really liked when people around him had guts. ' To Hadrian,' he said, and told the driver the exact address. ' And please make it quick.'

"All right" Vasius replied.
He quickly went through the contact, he filled out the required spaces and signed wherever he needed. Khan handed back the small thing to the man.

Beskar'ad:
//yes, I did meant beskar'gam... sry for that//
The man pondered in the distance for a moment:
- Hadrian... Hadrian... Where the hell is that? - he asked a question from himself. The answer came suddenly to him - Oh, yeah... now I remeber. - he turned to to the mandalorian - The mining consortium, right? Next time tell me an adress, not the name. Can't remember every company on this fracking large planet. - he laughed.
The little air taxi took off and joined the many thousand other vechicles in the sky. It only took 10 minutes until you've arrived. The ride cost you 53 credits. After you payed the man, he moved on for the next costumer.
The building wasn't anything special, it fit in it's enviroment perfectly. You could see the company's emblem and name over the entrance. Once you step in, a silver colored 3PO droid greets you in the door:
- Hello. Welcome to the Hadrian mining Company, the most advanced mining concern beyond the greater Javin region. May I help you sir? - asked the droid.
Vasius:
The man takes your datapad, and shakes your hand.
- Welcome aboard Mr. Khan. I hope your services will help us in our cause. Now, there are some informations I must tell you about. The first shuttle with the first hunters will depart in two weeks. You will recieve your gear at the landing site. And if you hve any questions about this event, you can reach us on the holonet. But I must warn you: if you tell anyone about these informations, will be taken as industrial espionage. And hadrian does not tolerate spies. Now, do you have any other questions?

"Of course, I understand. I don't have any questions at the moment, so I'm leaving. I will send you my list of equipments for the job. Goodbye" Vasius shook hands with the man then left.
His first destinations was a hotel. He paid the price of a quite good room for two weeks. He went up and took a shower. After that he wrote the list of necessary equipments that he lacked.
- Enforced enviromental suit (especially for the given planet and for combat)
- A sensor that could be used to see if there is any movement underground (in order to prevent a surprise attack from the wyrm)
- Five thermal detonators.
He had his heavy repeating carabine with himself and he didn't need anything else. He sent the list to Hadrian, with his address.
