Eriál Argetlam Vytuia City
The duros looked at Eriál with a surprised look on his face. At first he couldn't say anything, but then he realized that if he wanted to sell this garage, this man might be his best bet. He didn't have any good ideas, so he told the truth:
"The thing is the Black Bay gang is after me. I accidentaly crossed one of their plans, so now they want to get rid of me. I have to go fast. They don't know about this garage, so you shouldn't have any trouble about it."
The duros was hoping that Eriál would still want to buy the place. He was hopeless.

Eriál sighed. This was going to be more troublesome than expected. Now he learned that the business he intended to pay for and run was in possible danger. Since that was so, he had to get every information the Duros knew. He changed his stance, and continued in a friendlier, more informal tone. 'Look, let me make you a proposal. You will tell me everything you know about this Black Bay gang, absolutely everything, including the necessary nary measures I should have to take to protect this place as its owner. And if you do so, I will consider paying you 6.000 credits. From that amount of money, you can easily buy yourself a ride off this planet, and start a new life somewhere else. What do you say?'

"You have yourself a deal!" said the duros, and his face brighetened up.
He told Eriál everything he knew about the gang, including their main interest in drugs, the exact position of their territories, their H.Q. and their sign to identify one another. He also told the human that he called the security forces when one of them shot at an innocent person on the street. This set them back and wanted to have revenge on him. The duros said that it is absolutely 100% sure they do not know about this garage.

As the Duros started talking, Eriál leaned forward as a sign of how intently he was listening. As the "story" developed, he occasionally nodded while, in his mind he sorted and stored every last bit of that information. What the non-human told him was on one hand the key to evade a possible danger. And on the other hand, Eriál could learn how life is going on this strange planet.
It took almost an hour, but it was worth the time: the Force-mage had gathered lots of useful pieces of information. Then, as Wusux reached the and of his tale, the Zeltrosian businessman got to his feet, and turned to his business partner. 'Well now. I thank you for all you told me.' he said. 'Do you happen to have a communication terminal I could use for a minute?'

The duros was more than happy to show Eriál his terminal:
"Yes, yes of course. Here, this is it" he tapped gently one of the consoles, and handed over a plastic card to his new aquaintance "These are the security codes."
It was evident that he was desperate. Handing over this precious information before the deal.

Eriál took the card from the Duros and motioning him to further away, he inserted it into the socket. The terminal blinked and gave a whirring sound, then the ready sign flashed in the middle of the holographic screen. The buusinessman typed the number given him by Mr. Wong, and waited for the call to pass. When the gangleader finally answered, Eriál smiled at him and started his report. ' Sir, I completed the transaction just as you requested. Some... issues... emerged, but I took care of them. The owner is ready to leave the garage as soon as the transaction will be complete.' He continued speaking, telling Mr. Wong everything he learned from the non-human, including the rival gang. When he had finished, he ended his monologue with the following words. ' I understand I offered more money than you told me to. But, judging by the looks of this place, I am certain I can get it up and running in two weeks max. Then I will be able to refund that 1000 surplus.' Silence fell as Eriál waited for his employee's answer.

Mr. Wong did not interrupt Eriál and stored all the precious information given to him in his mind for later use. Nobody could tell what he was thinking, but after a pause, he answered:
"All right Mr. Argetlam I trust that you are capable of making the right choices. This move has put more pressure on you, but maybe this will help you to achieve more. The transfer will take place within the hour. I look forward to hearing from you once you have settled in your new chair. Goodbye."
The gang leader didn't lie, and the duros got his money.
"Thank you. I hope we never meet again" he said his farewell in a funny manner before leaving the place.

'Whatever,' Eriál whispered to the Duros' back as he left. Then the man took the keys given to him, and closed the entrance. He had many things to do and did not wish to be disturbed. First of all, he produced a datapad from a shelf and looked around again, making a list of what had to be repaired, changed or obtained. When he'd done that, he sat down to browse the holo-terminal once more, trying to find the most economical solution possible. One by one, he wrote the prices down next to the corresponding items, thus completing his list.
So passed Eriál Argetlam's first afternoon on the strange planet called Sino.

As Eriál checked out the new place he owned, he noticed that there was a speeder on one of the three platforms. The duros already started to repair it, but by the look of the spare parts lying all around, it was evident that his work was far from complete. A datapad was in the seat, of which Argetlam learned that he had two days to finish the repair, before he would loose his first customer.

'Well, here we go,' Eriál said, and went looking for some tools for the repair. By what the datapad had said, finding some employees and making some PR-work would have to wait. This place was not Zeltros where he had professionals working for him, and he was not quite a technician himself. He had to use every last minute finding out how he can get the speeder working.
He laid his tools out on the floor, then observed the vehicle more closely. Fortunately, this was a type of speeder he had seen before. So he called out for the Force, conjuring the image of a working speeder in his mind. Silence hung in the air for about half an hour. Then Eriál sighed, opened his eyes, and started the repairs. Truly, he wasn't an engineer... but with a little help from the Force, he remembered where to put the parts, and how every last screw had to be turned. That did it for a start.

Although Eriál was not an engineer, the help of the force and his previous knowledge about the given speeder was enough to make the ordered repairs. After finishing, he looked at the clock on the wall that showed: 19:23 local time. The work tired him out, but he could still look around in the area, see if there were other shops that would put up a competition, or just to know the place. He would spend some time on this planet for sure.

After he finished the repairs, Eriál realized that he still had a few hours before it would ultimately dark. So he set off to explore the ecumenopolis. He also needed to rent an apartment, as he wouldn't have liked to have to sleep in the workshop he just acquired. At first, he only walked around the streets near his workplace, in the meanwhile memorising the location of other repairing shops, grocery stores and anything he deemed would come in handy later on.

The place around the garage was like Zeltros combines with Nar Shaddaa, a strange mixture of lowlife criminal, strip clubs, and investors and restaurants. Eriál spotted two places of interest. Both offered the same services as his newly acquired asset, so it was evident that sooner or later there will be a rivalry, and only the strongest can survive. He managed to rent an apartment for a daily fee of 35 credits. It wasn't too big, but it was perfect for one person to spend the night.
The following day, a new customer was already waiting at the garage when Eriál opened it. The guy was almost a giant standing 210 cms tall. He wore black boots, cameo jeans and a white shirt. A giant T letter on his shoulders made it clear for Argetlam, that the guy was a member of the Black Bay gang.
- Yo man, I need ya' to take a look at my speeder, it's been giving out strange noises ya'know?
The speeder was one of the most expensive ones, a brand new X-34 landspeeder.

After a little walking around, Eriál finally found lodgings. It wasn't exactly expensive, but he would surely find work to be able to pay for it after the first few days. He fell asleep with these thoughts racing in his head, and woke up tired the next morning. He quickly took a shower and left for his newly acquired garage.
When he opened the door, he had to notice that someone had arrived before him. A giant of a man sat in a chair, smoking a cigar, who stood up right when Argetlam arrived, and asked him to repair his high-tech speeder. 'Well, sure, dude,' Eriál answered, imitating the local slang the man spoke. 'But would you please tell me first how the hell you got in here?'
